HrForumMA Message Board and Chat Room Rules

Considering the real-time nature of HrForumMA's message board and chat, it is impossible for us to review messages prior to posting, or confirm the validity of any information posted. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.

The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of HrForumMA or any entity associated with HrForumMA. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact HrForumMA immediately by email at admin@HrForumMA.com and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.

As the author, you remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless HrForumMA and our agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).

HrForumMA is privately owned will ensure compliance with the message board and chat room rules. Moderators may banish anyone who is not appropriate for this community. This site is not public domain. All information entered into the message board or chat room becomes the property of HrForumMA. Furthermore, we request to keep any personal information private. Do not give out any contact, business or personal information. This is a fully moderated facility subject to penalties for violation of these rules

Rules:

  • No solicitations what so ever. A solicitor will be classified as a "commercial interest" and bound to compliance as such. This includes and not limited to any individual or party seeking to receive any money or anyone who seeks to solicit our audience for any cause (examples not limited to joining a group, board or chat) .
  • Federal law requires that users be at least 18 years of age before sharing personal information online. Therefore, we require users to be at least 18 years of age in order to use this message board and chat room.
  • No foul, vulgar, or abusive language will be tolerated.
  • No posting any material which is knowingly false, defamatory, or inaccurate.
  • Postings confronting another's religious beliefs will not be tolerated.
  • Postings confronting another's political views will also not be tolerated.
  • No advertisements, pyramid schemes, or solicitations.
  • Please note HrForumMA does not advocate any information on message boards and chat rooms to be a reliable source of information.

A message board and chat room user who violates any of the above rules, may be permanently banned. HrForumMA administrators and moderators ultimately reserve the right to ban any user who is deemed as troublesome to the wellbeing of the message board and chat room.
